Sitting in my office with the window open and all I can smell is the woodman's fire in the wood behind. Not a choking smell of burning but the sweet smell of oak and pine on the air. Bliss!!

Then some bugger calls me and spoils the moment!

Feeling back to myself today and batteries fully charged

Also having friends to help me through my little blip and giving me good advice, which has led me to feeling as good as I do today. Oh and yes I have had turmeric now for 3 days running. I have no idea if it has contributed, but I'm not about to stop using it now.

Oh, has the support thread gone? That's a shame.
Well I had 3 ciggies last night (naughty client and I couldn't find my inhaler) but am off them again today.
I'm going to try and see the nurse Lolo to get a free prescription for the spray. If you do one of their Quit smoking courses, apparently you get them free.

I personally don't agree with merging these threads. You are hoping for a happy end, but talking about topics you need support in are not particularly happy.

Ie, I'm having real bad problems with my ex at the moment, he keeps hitting me. I'm thinking about leaving him, what do you think I should do?
