I don't know how you do it. I would fall apart without any sleep.

I just catnap, I learned not to fight it and follow what my body tells me.
I can grab an hour here and there and survive till I can really catch up, I do spend a lot of time yawning though! lol

Me too! Basically I sleep at night (normally) then catnap through the day as well. If I don't sleep I do silly things like crash the car or fall asleep in a waiting room.
