no idea Ann but it states it on the tin it wasnt the cheap crap that I was buying its a well known brand nobloody wonder they would wolf it down so quick

yeh tins of food are the biggest rip off, 80% water, anything up to about 5% meat (protein).. if you can call it meat its all the bits humans can't eat.

Tough decision Lolo or a weight off?

Just received a call from my favourite client out of the blue... I hadn't heard from him since I saw him last... Was getting a bit worried and hoping he was okay... Anyway, turns out I'm off to his country house for the weekend now... His call came at the perfect time as I had to cancel loads of bookings yesterday because I was feeling unwell. Happy days!

Just found out said regular is cooking a roast dinner for me tomorrow... Haven't had a Sunday Roast since I left Australia in June! I'm pretty sure I might cry, hehe!
