i hope they are as fast sending out the cheque now

I recently moved provider. My old company have decided I have over paid by around £140 on the Electricty and underpaid by around £130 on the gas. I assumed they would sort it out and just give me what was left. Oh no! I'm getting theatening letters telling me that I owe them money and this is also while waiting for the answer on a dispute of around 30 gbh that I had not used, as they closed on an estimate. I had one letter telling me not to worry, I will not have to pay for unused gas and a new bill will follow and then another letter telling me I must pay now!!!!

I tried calling them yesterday. I put it on loud speaker and carried about my business, which included having a shower. Finally after over 17 minutes of waiting it went dead on me. I couldn't be arsed to ring again.

Thank you Freddo, although it isn't about preferring anyone, it's about not being the centre of attention, which my poor little ego obviously needs. It's not a good personality trait and I am trying to learn to push it back and let my friends enjoy the moment. I guess it just comes down to old fashioned ways and not being used to non monogomous flirting. It sometimes feels a bit 'weird'.

I'm good now though and you are never second best x
