Problems with connecting to server Justcamit

This is driving me nuts
Im connected to an agency who has given me all my info I need
but it just wont connect to a server
ive used an offline and online justcamit

can someone PLEASE help me?

What do you mean agency? A group?

Whats your profile username? PM if you want.

First we can check if the services are active on your profile then check further if needed. We may need to contact your group manager if your unable to access your profile.

Also, what error appears when trying to connect?

Hi, if you landed here via Google and have the error "cannot connect to the server" on Justcamit / Directcam the reason is you have entered the Server or Account ID in incorrect. The details needed are:

Server: http://jci.adultwork.com/JCI
Account ID: 223742

They are the same for all Adultwork accounts.
