Problems downloading Justcamit

can someone help, I use a mac and when I try to download justcamit it says which application would i like to open with? For some reason it was on text edit which obviously wouldn't work. Which app?

Not entirely sure, but I think that with a mac you maybe have to use the online broadcaster rather than the software.

A common error for example might be having a space in your username.

You can't install JCI on a mac; you will need to use the browser version; all details are in the help desk for your convenience but to summarise you need to point your browser to www.videochat.tv & enter all your details there.

What the help desk does NOT tell you is that you need to remove the www ie:

http://adultwork.com/JCI

I'll send them a copy of this post so they can update & put all the mac users everywhere (of which I am one!) out of their misery!

Well all of the above, i have tried to log on when I logged on I got the message

The thing is that I have changed my password and user name, and still get the same message.

Hi. I've been on AW for a little while now, and really enjoy the 'phone chat. I'd like to webcam but, like the above users, the fact I use a Mac seems to be preventing me doing so. I've tried using justcamit lite, but it times me out the instant I log in, and then every 30 seconds afterwards. It's SO frustrating!! Any further thoughts would be much appreciated.
