Hi, system will of done it automatically since he has spent such a large amount in a short space of time. AW will check the credits and re-add them to your account if he is legit.

thanks admin for seeing my post, i received a email back from you guys saying that it is suspected fraud and your waiting for identification from him,

it also says in the email the credits are suspended for 120 days, what happens after this do i get my credits back into my account or will i get them sooner?

Hi, if he uploads ID the credits are re-added straight away, if he doesnt then they are re-added after the 120 days.

It happened to me once, about £400 or £500. The credits sat in escrow for well over 120 days. In the end I emailed AW to ask for an update on it and they credited me the money.
It doesn't always mean its a dodgy payment, they could just be being cautious about large amounts being spent in one go.
