Cannot connect to server

Hello ladies and gents!
Sorry if this has been posted before- I'm having some problems logging into JCI. I keep getting to following error message,


Server Status : Username can only contain 0-9a-zA-Z_- characters
Server Status : Cannot Connect to Server

I have no spaces in my name?! My name is "Alexjasmine"
Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this issue?

You can also contact JCI directly http://www.istreaming.com/contact.php and open a ticket, I found them really helpful.... good luck hope you get it sorted soon.
