Hi poshie and other lasses i think last week was bad i.put a post up saying i couldn't get on the homepage and I'm with sky...there was a message on the twitter aw page saying the outage was going to be fixed....
i decided to call it a night that time

i touch wood have found directcam this week to be okay i still get guys bandwidth dropping and my fsp have been reduced again to 15 although this has been the norm for ages
i honestly don't have a clue what's going on as it cant be my end as its affecting lasses from all over and with whom are using different providers ie BT Virgin
maybe there needs to.be Another justcamit update....
i do sympathize poshie it is awful when you dread logging on and don't know what the night is going to be like....
perhaps other than the football now is explaining why directcam has been quiet for a while its putting the men off.
but im just guessing i really don't have a clue...

yes i was busy yesterday ....its up and down not sure whether to go on tonight as football match is on late....

For some reason I found that my disable pre booked webcam option had been ticked, I know I did not do it and goodness knows how long it had been like it?

if the escorting box is ticked that for some reason always disables the pre booked webcam ....no idea why ...you have to re tick it or untick escort box for the option to come back up for pre booked webcam

looks like site is having issues again as on the home page its saying "intermittent connection problems being investigated"

I found the site very slow this morning to check emails and whilst on directcam last night with a customer every time I clicked on his cam I would see him for a few seconds then his picture would disappear and I would only hear him typing....then thank fully on attempt four his cam worked fine for the session duration, luckily he was a patient regular...after that the usual guys bandwith was dropping etc,,,,,it seems okay one minuet dreadful the next....its does make me nervous when logging on. Hopefully AW will look into this too, maybe this and the connection issues are linked

Yes country-gal I noticed when I finished the 'graveyard shift' today that it appeared to grinding to a halt, (I got the 'internal server error 22' thing) ---- thankfully it didn't effect me this time tho as I was logging out anyway........

Sounds like when you logged on this morn.... you got the thin end of the wedge tho............... thing is.... no one said what happened/caused the last one... the one last Friday night/Saturday morn (14th) ---- with all the other site outage situations the root cause was always mentioned (whether it was the site itself or Virgin Media for example) ...... but haven't heard a dickie bird about what caused the last one... it seems to have blown over and folk seem to have forgotton about it....... except me. lol (because I'm a curious soul!).

I had a similar experience, I had someone tell me I was charging £15 per min for phone chat!!! I wondered why I hadn't had any phone calls in the few weeks prior to that (not that I get that many!) --- but I SWEAR I never altered/went near the price... I have left it at the same price as I always have.. whereas I change the prices when I swop btwn DC & IM so could easily happen.. but I couldnt understand it with the phone. If I had not been told I probably would not have realized/looked at it. Strange......

yeah I experienced this too, thankfully only about 2 or 3 times... Its horrible when it happens because privately I'm thinking.. any second now its all gonna go tits up! (no pun intended!).... and it always happens when in sodding paid mode, never in freechat of course! -- and they don't ALWAYS come back either..........

Sounds like I will be checking my entire profile later then for bugs, I have not had a phone call in ages, but then I don't ever get many so it's hard to tell.

I wish AW would post a number of how many seekers are online. Similar to the 'online now' section for us. I don't need to know who is on but I would like to see how many guys are logged in so I could get an indication of if it is 'dead' or am I just unpopular ;-) that way we can also get a clue as to if the site is down, or the world has stopped for the football ect.
