Gym memberships

Well I have gone on my gym website, so progress for me. lol and who knows I may even join it by the weekend ... It just means eating into my cam time... But only one way to get fit again, I always used to love working out all I think about is the hard work its going to be for me to get back into it.

Insainity is amazing, I love it, really is the best home workout. And you will see results.
As for gym membership there are THE GYM which is a very low month and it's open 24/7 , but there's no classes it's just a get on with it yourself gym.
Have you thought a bout a pay as you go membership so use it as and when for a fee.?

Or do your council run any local gyms ? Theyre often cheaper than the big corporate ones. X

I sacrificed my dining room for a home gym, have an electric treadmill, bike, cross trainer and an actual home gym. Ive used it about four times and one of those was doing content for my profile lol

I just do the insanity program now - Would seriously recommend this to anyone, after 2 weeks my muscle definition has vastly improved.

Im with the council run gym, theres lots of different packages on offer. The most expensive is 32.50 for that i can use 6 different gyms and pools and a choice of 200 classes. I joined last year so now ive got 3 months free and thinking of buying insanity

Where I live unless you are over 60 or unemployed gym membership is £30 a month minimum, and because of lack of equipment (ie there is not enough at each gym) I end up using at least one other gym a week, sometimes even travelling a reasonable distance. There used to be one which had all the equipment most people need, but then the 'Health and Fitness' clubs took over.

I used to use a curves gym which I loved. It cost to much and had to go plus the 30 minute work out ended up being an hour by the time I walked there and back which I just dont have time for. When I move I might rethink joining but I'd have more space to do stuff at home.
