Really quiet on directcam

Well I was just as busy during the day the week before christmas as I am usually of an evening. Some days I have been busier than the evening lol. And it's not all regulars (mine are mostly evening guys) so go figure. Do you cam all in one go or do you take breaks? I tend to cam for a couple of hours, during which people can't get me because I'm in private. Then I'll put IM on and get a load of "are you coming back on cam??", which if I get enough interest, I will, otherwise I just stay on phone and IM. Seems to work x

I think its slower in the day i always have, you seem to keep getting the same guys and a lot are at work, much prefere evenings buts i am limited with those, its been ok for me today though as i hit target, just had to jig about with doing an hour and half in the evening too but without sound.............................does ayone else cam without sound x

I cammed for nearly 2 years without sound. Wasn't a prob. I offered free phone for those that bothered to ask. Now, I put the sound on in private depending on my mood. Personally, I think it doesn't matter that much. Sometimes it can draw a conversation out, and I'm a v quick typer. But when you wanna get down to business, it's a bloody pain!

Lolly - I don't do sound in group shows anymore, and have turned it off even for private on occasion. Don't like camming without sound in all honesty because it means more physical work, but no one seems to mind x

i tend to chop and change with my hrs i found when i was doing the grave yard shift i got a whole new loads of regs and evenings different ones also and week days i found the same old faces free loaders and loads of em when i was in free ...... weekend days are my best ive gotta say my best day is a sunday daytime i find tho switching from cams to im and fones also pays off some days like today being one had an amazing evening and day on im today and them begging me to get bck on and cam just goes to show its all swings and roundabouts where yesterday fook all really and today a wicked day
im learning now tho to give myself days off now and i find that helps also x

Days off are important...there's usually something happening at home which means I can't work a full week, and I make clips if I can instead. Thursdays are my worst for camming. I've hardly cammed for 3 weeks with being ill, I'm hoping for great things when I'm back on track again!
