Really quiet on directcam

Hi people and happy 2013

Was just wondering if anyone else has been really quiet on directcam recently? I have been really slow and quiet for the last month , i know it has been xmas and january is a bad month (everyone skint etc) but the xmas before was really really busy...maybe i'm just losing my touch i'm unable to go online for cam as much as i used too due to studying and work etc...

I aint in any groups, i have noticed one group in particular the dailypay seems to be very busy....should i join a group ?

When it comes to joining a group...do guys who want to cam think "hang on, I'll go and check out the featured groups for a girl to watch" or do they think "I'm horny, I'll check out who is online for camming now"?

If they do check out a featured group, how many members will they have to scroll through to find your profile?

Katy, that answer is defined by the member, all they do is update their profile to appear on the top of the list and on here.

DP continues to grow at quite a fast rate and with free webcam featuring for individual members nowadays earnings are up across the board

No point being in a group with 3 people if that group has no advertising, DP is a large group but it also has the highest rate of exposure available to any adultwork group.

But it's not really free if it's part of the percentage they have to pay...they could feature themselves and not pay the percentage.

There are limited webcam featuring slots too, certainly a small fraction of the membership.

I don't know how many guys we get looking on here that might look at the top...I do know that AW is trying to stop people putting themselves to the top by updating their profiles repeatedly, so that not all updates have that effect.

Hi, no the free webcam featuring is free, when we introduced it we didnt start charging any extra, same as the homepage featuring. If we charged for it we would have to increase the 6%, but we didnt. It all comes out of our margin.

On the group home page is mentions benefits, these are what the 6% is for, then it mentions free benefits, these are free as no extra charge for them is taken.

Slots are limited but not everyone in DP is the free feature. The free feature also works for phone chat if not doing webcam. Slot capacity is something we cant control but still alot more than any other group offers.

Any extra exposure is better than none in relation to the forum, it only takes 1 new regular to make your day

We currently have a trial escort tariff running at 5 credits per month which I believe is the cheapest available on AW especially for everything we offer in exchange for it. Details for this havent been publicly released yet while the trial continues.

I am in the dailypay group, which is great i get paid the next day and i am very happy with that which is the reason why i joined the group.

You are featured on the home page most of the time but it is along with all the other girls in that group also.

I would say if you are going to join a group its the best one to join it does offer competitons in a separate forum

But all that said i am quiet at times too, some days you can be manic spesh if your regs come in and others days quiet.

In all honesty i dont know that joining a group will make you busier, there are new girls joining all the time and we are all one of many, men are fickle and lets face it if they see a new hottie up there cock does the thinking.
