I'd raise it with AW, she shouldn't need a passport to be verified and they accepted her licence. Having a passport is handy though, has she thought of getting one?

katy, i should have said it was a provisional licence, they are not allowed it said yet thats what got her verified with her own account.

she is going to get a passport but not for a few months

Why wait? it lasts for ten years....

In the New World if you are looking to do business and make money you need to establish who you are due to the Money Laundering act. A passport / full driving licence proves that.

Without it you just hinder your future
