If not, you can Google a page refresh program but all this does is increase your view count.... It's also against the rules I believe!!!

No... the page refresh just keeps you logged in so you don't get booted after 20 minutes of inactivity.... and if doesn't have to be on your profile page... any page will do... you just have to be logged in.

When uploading a big movie then I always have to open a separate tab with AW site and have to refresh it so I don't get logged out during upload. So then I could use an auto-refresh program - does anyone use it?

The way to auto refresh and keep logged on is to have another tab open with the direct im page - http://www.adultwork.com/DirectIM/ or the cam page - http://www.adultwork.com/TV/Categories.asp. For some reason I can't make my Firefox auto refresh but it does it using Pale Moon.

I sometimes think it would be handy when I'm writing a long response to a client message. Soooooo many times I've pressed "send" and then found that I am no longer logged in.... grrrrrrrrrr.....

I've got software which will do it... the one I use is just an add in on firefox... but I've always been afraid to use it on AW because I know full well that if they catch you doing it you'll get banned...

... I've been banned before... it ain't a pleasant experience!

It's so much easier just to have another tab open with directim auto refreshing.

If downloaded today an auto refresh for Mozilla and it works perfectly. You can autorefresh a single tab so you can wirte your long response in an other tab and it doesn't log out anymore.. works great

What you're doing sounds perfect to keep you logged on, but beware!
I read that page refresh is against the rules the same as auto-updating....

I believe the reason for this is, refreshing the page increases the amount of page views you have but if you're refreshing without increasing page views hopefully that should be okay!
