It's in the justcamit help manual:
Kicking / Banning users
Top Previous Next
At times you may find unruly users in your room that need to be removed. JustCamIt allows you to do so by right clicking on the user in the connections list and selecting the appropriate Kick or Ban (if allowed). You can also undo this action by releasing the user from the kicked list.
Kick Levels
· Kick Out - 1 hour
· Kick Out Permanent - 30 days (semi permanent)
· Ban From Site - user account is disabled (permission based feature)
Kick / Ban Users
1. Right click on the user in the connections list you wish to Kick
2. Select the level of Kick or Ban from the pop up menu
View Kicked Users
1. Open the Chat->Kicked List... page
2. Click the Close button when finished viewing
Release Kicked Users
1. Open the Chat->Kicked List... page
2. Right click on the User you wish to release from the list and select Release Now...
3. Click the Close button when finished

AW> We are not aware of any such issues. Despite many reports of problems
with DirectChat, all attempts to investigate or prove end up with valid
reasons. We turned on a system to email hosts/clients when their called
failed, to tell them why - and people reported them as spam, so we had to
turn them off. During that time though, no errors were encountered. It
was always "client out of funds" or "phone non-contactable/switched
off/out of range" or voicemail.
AW> DirectCam we are not aware of any issues with connectivity. Read the
help files about how domestic connections are oversubscribed and offer
poor upload bandwidth despite ISP claims and quoted download speeds. Use
speedtest.net to test your connection speed to Los Angeles when
encountering problems.
I raised the issue of connectivity problems with directcam in July 2011...I find members get chucked out of group sessions or cannot come into private sessions. This is the email I received on 25 July 2011 from AW:
Hello
We are aware that at random times of day two servers involved in DirectCam
occasionally get cut off from each other. If you are in session at this
time clients may well get cut off. We are working to identify the issues
causing this but at this time are not clear on where the problem lies.
We apologise for the inconvenience this is causing you and your clients.
Regards

Can we have 'erotica' purchases included in our credit turnover page please?
If not, is there a reason why it isn't included? That one has always baffled me!

I was on daily featuring for directchat for one week in July and I didn't get a single call through, that was absolutely ridiculous! I normally do well when featured daily and it wasn't just the holidays...I'm sure it was the system.

Thank you AW webmaster for answering the questions. I do not agree though that "our most elite members do not run into problems" about being deactivated. I am the second longest registered member on AW and twice in the last year I was deactivated without notice. It was only because I knew the email of the webmaster that I managed to get it sorted out. Apparently AW attempted to send me update emails and they got returned to AW with the suggestion that I must have set my email client to bounce any emails from AW. As soon as this happens you get deactivated. BTW I never set any such parameters on my client.
Also glad to hear that the UK bank transfer is still in the offing.
Also noticed that they didn't answer my question about how much money they make. (go on, whisper it in my ear I won't tell anyone) lol
