I asked this one before, dug up the old email:

Tipping is intended as a reward for some form of show or service.

More often than not though I am tipped by guys who come in and say nothing at all lol

Can we have more detailed reporting on our statements of which dates have been booked for featuring?

At the moment we get something like:

14/07/2012 14:31 Debit Featured Field Report: 14 Slot(s), Last date 14/08/2012 (Batch 23684).
14/07/2012 14:37 Debit Featured Field Report: 6 Slot(s), Last date 14/08/2012 (Batch 23685).

Which is all well and good... but which field reports and on which days?

I have a dispute at the moment and I am finding it difficult to prove which dates I have actually paid for for which reports!

I spend more than £2000 per year promoting my profile with AW and I find it very frustrating that I can't even properly see what, exactly, I have paid for... and when a dispute arises it is almost impossible for me to say anything other than "but I wrote it in my diary!"

(ps... this is not a request for help on this specific case... I will continue to pursue that through the normal channels... it is more of a comment on the lack of detailed reporting.)

Okay, just to be clear... I've had a detailed reply from AW and it seems that the problem is in my diary, not in their system.

I'd be really interested to know how many service provider profiles are deactivated by AW each day (or week, or month... which ever is easier to report on) and what proportion of these are automated bans / manually deactivated by AW / Deactivated by the user? From those service provider profiles deactivated by AW manually or automatically, approximately what proportion are subsequently re-instated? What are the most common reasons for de-activation of service provider profiles by AW?

Anyone have any questions they have always wanted to ask the AW Webmaster? eg if you were in a coffee shop with him whats something that might pop into your head?

I know we must sound like a right bunch of moaning mini's sometimes, but the truth is that AW is a fantastic site and actually, despite any little niggles or complaints or queries we might have (you can't please everyone!), I think they do a great job and offer a good service, and in my experience most queries are resolved quickly

Is it possible to have another shop on aw than just the sex shop for people to buy us gifts so we can add other things to our wishlist a bit like how amazon do it?
That way we get what we really want while staying safe with them not being able to get our address and aw still make a cut.
