Q&A session with the AW Webmaster

Our beloved AW Webmaster has given us the opportunity to have a Q & A session with them.

Any questions non member specific you wish to put forward can be submitted below and any valid questions will be added to this post to send off to the Admin.

Dont rush in making your question, I will leave this open for a week or so before creating the final Q&A to send off.

Both Service seekers and Service providers may ask questions.



My Question:

Where does Adultwork see itself in 5 years? Any interesting developments that may be in the pipeline?

SW Member question:

Can you make a clients credit balance viewable to us while in JCI?

iluvjem Question:

Can you make it easier to view customers profiles? i.e if they are in Directcam we cant see anything. Would be good if we could just type there username in and view there profiles, feedback etc

Is there a reason why long standing providers of good repute do not get a warning before their profiles are de-activated for minor, unintentional infractions of the rules so that they can have an opportunity to put it right without losing income?

Is it possible to have TS members appear on the "Available Today" tab? At the moment it appears to filter on "female" providers only, and certainly when you click the "Click here to see more members available today" button, only female members are returned. Even if it were segregated into tabs like the "Featured" and "Local Escorts" sections, that would help. At the moment I get no extra response by using "Available Today", so I just don't bother with it.

Are they any closer to resolving the connection issues with justcamit and directchat?

I've had a lot of clients say whilst in DirectCam or DirectIM that they get no warning when their credits are going to run out, and they would like this feature so they can top up before they get kicked out (I know they get notified whilst in DirectChat for example). Could this feature be a possibility?

Which is all well and good... but which field reports and on which days?

Trinity-Belle Question:

I'd be really interested to know how many service provider profiles are deactivated by AW each day (or week, or month... which ever is easier to report on) and what proportion of these are automated bans / manually deactivated by AW / Deactivated by the user? From those service provider profiles deactivated by AW manually or automatically, approximately what proportion are subsequently re-instated? What are the most common reasons for de-activation of service provider profiles by AW?

How many people work on AW's user support desk?

Is it possible to have another shop on aw than just the sex shop for people to buy us gifts so we can add other things to our wishlist a bit like how amazon do it?
That way we get what we really want while staying safe with them not being able to get our address and aw still make a cut.

I dont think the look standing/reputable members comes into it. Auto ban works on all members. I personally think its a staffing/time issue but as we have no facts its hard to tell.

Will add it to the list in a more polite version Smile

Verified profiles can be sold on or re-used by people with other models, like we have seen recently with the Filipino models.

Re-verifying is just re-checking the member is who they say they are, it may arise if a compliant comes in for example.

I don't think any of us are questioning the reason why girls are asked to re-verify - it is a perfectly reasonable thing to ask for. What Jem is questioning is why they have to shut a girls profile down without notice while she re-verifies? Why can't they just ask?

The point we are both making is that they are treating us like children, as if a polite request from them might be ignored. It would be easy enough for them to send a mail saying "please fix such-and-such" or "please re-verify" and then put a timer on the account to shut it down a week later if the requested action has not been taken... it could even be done automatically.

When they close our accounts, we lose money... sometimes hundreds of pounds.
