I havent seen them shut down any for re-verification here personally, usually the webcam services goes off and a message appears when they try to re-select it asking them to verify.

Think we may be talking about two different things at the moment, this is the one I see:

Usually takes 15-30mins tops to re-verify.

With the fix-this email if the person was scamming they would be allowed to scam for another week if they done it with your method, this could potentially be breaking the law depending on its nature, alot more points of view need to be considered and info we dont have makes it seem they are treating us unfairly. But as the company has no reason to do this deliberately then I dont feel this is what they are doing.

We see it from the point of view that we are legit so it appears unfair, but to a scammer they would be laughing at us as they could get away with their antics for 1 more week. This could really land the company in hot water.

Edit: I suppose the two different ways in which they request re-verification could be to do with why they are requesting it, eg

minor/major issues (service off/profile off)

or

random selection/profile issue (service off/profile off)

With the second one being "profile issue" with no level of severity = profile off, which could be seen as harsh.

I've had a lot of clients say whilst in DirectCam or DirectIM that they get no warning when their credits are going to run out, and they would like this feature so they can top up before they get kicked out (I know they get notified whilst in DirectChat for example). Could this feature be a possibility?

Is there ever likely to a UK Bank Transfer option - I know it was perhaps going to introduced this summer, but it wasn't?

Making clients credit balance visable would make it easier for us to weed out the constant time wasters.
Also agree with being able to view clients profiles whilst in chat or cam

That would be good if we had the option to edit and/or delete comments though, because you would always get trolls... like anywhere that allows people to comment - maybe only let them comment if they'd actually watched/viewed it etc?

Verified profiles can be sold on or re-used by people with other models, like we have seen recently with the Filipino models.

Re-verifying is just re-checking the member is who they say they are, it may arise if a compliant comes in for example.

That is actually a valid point as for instance here in Scotland being a touring escort I hear a lot about EU girls who will be here for 6 months, have feedback and an established profile who then tend to sell it on to other girls.
