Sure Kate. Now that I have my first fr's I wonder if they'll make a difference to client confidence, although yesterday my phone was the busiest it had been in a month before the fr' were left. Swings and round abouts I suppose.

From the "intelligent" client's perspective field reports are a vital confidence booster when selecting someone new. Better still if the author of the FR has a number of other good feedbacks, which enable you guage how genuine he is.

Perhaps I get a bit anal with my research, but it has paid dividends, so I think they are vital.
