hahha yes it was berocca boost,

i dont drink coffee or tea, or fizzzy drinks i do drink flavoured water only, but thats just because of watersports and stuff really,...

and i do exercisse everyday

but turns out, im poorly! woken up this morning full of cold!

I take the normal berocca when feeling a bit knackered or feel under par and it does seem to pick me up but def makes my pee bright coloured too.

Not tried the boost version have to try sounds good!!!.

I do 1hr excercise each am at 6.30 (mad I know) but it does seem to help fight things off and lets me keep enjoying my appetite for nice food & drink!!.

Well Dig, you might have a challenge there. Many years ago I used to swim for my school - backstroke was my best one, but not bad at freestyle. Mind you, I know I am not as fit as I was and so would probably make an ass of myself.

Now, if the challenge was eating crisps - stand by to be soundly thrashed he he!!
