bloody berocca!

lol so ive had a busy day today andf i started lagging about 5pm this afternoon, so as to lolos recomendation, i got some berocca

lol well,....ive been running around like a blue arsed fly since then! lol defos not taking a berocca boost again lol

I can't say it has that effect on me, however I would need a berocca rocket up my bottom to be a blue arsed fly!

Got to admit it doesn't do much for me when I take it either, apart from make my pee bright orange lol.

It is really helpful, although it's not a miracle cure.
What do you do in the way of exercise?
I'd suggest doing something like going for a 20 minute jog in the morning, as, paradoxically, being active can give you more energy!

I'd try to avoid the caffeine and drink more water, and also maybe some Bach rescue remedy, which really helps with stress. Smile xXx
