I sat at home for 10 years, and if I didn't do this job, I probably still wouldn't be meeting guys. It's too terrifying. So, wholeheartedly understand what those guys are going though. Except the bitterness. They are bitter cos they tried and were rejected. I never tried, so no rejection, no bitterness!

I agree about the bitterness, an incredibly destructive emotion in general, but perhaps more so if your introspective and shy. I did visit a couple of the American Incel forums, and there was a great deal of hardcore misogyny in their writing and outlook.
