( si still dont knwo what) but im sure the 250 in my account had something to do with it which is was going towards my mortage, it annoys knows me ill i stripped from all them guys and for free pretty much.

Yes another tip is not to allow credits to build up, because if there is a problem, then you loose them.

You should have recieved an email telling why your profile was removed and what to do to get it back.

Hey I couldn't remember old email address or login so went on to change and had to confirm with old one and I don't remember the address now I can't log on. Please help as I had a lot of credits x

My Profile has been removed. I have no idea why. I was just using Directcam and everything perfectly, and then when I went to log in after 20 minutes, it wouldn't let me and said my account has been deleted. Hi I have had my verified profile removed twice now for apparently having photos that don't belong to me. This is not true and I have given you my passport, ID and proof of address too. I get verified have it up for three weeks or so, I build up my feedbacks and credits then suddenly its taken down for no reason. This is my lively hood and I book hotels make bookings with my regular clients then suddenly my profile is gone. It costs me allot of money and its not fair because I have done everything you have asked of me. You then send me an email saying to click the link and provide another ID number, I do this and upload everything as it says. if i supplied a passport pic previously I only need step two... The ID on a piece of paper. I do all this and hear nothing back??? I can't log into my account and don't know whats happening. I don't know if local girls are hacking my account or people being nasty but this keeps happening. WHY? Its costing me allot of money and very upsetting! I also build up good feedback and have allot of credits then suddenly its gone. Can you put my profile back up asap as this is really bad for my business. Please can you tell me why this keeps happening? There is never anyone to call or email properly about this. Your a huge company so why is my account having so many problems? Thanks Char
