It's best to offer as many different services as you feel comfortable with. If it's something you're prepared to do but don't really enjoy, then charge extra for it (and make that very clear on your profile). Personally, if I'm in the mood for something unusual, I'd rather go to someone who offers it at no extra charge, because this implies that she actually enjoys it and will be good at it.
Sometimes guys want a particular service, and sometimes they want a particular sort of woman (ethnicity, physique, age, a pretty face, or whatever).
