Windows movie maker can reduce it to a size that suits, or you can tell it to reduce to be played back on a computer.

180mb for 3 mins is quite alot. 20mb is still a high quality file if you can get it to that size.

For a client to download or stream a 180mb file they could probably have a nap and still be waiting
