My freeview limit is set to 10 mins in every 10 hours.
I had a guy yesterday email me saying 'let me back in as I can take you group.'
I wrote back saying I haven't banned you so no reason why you cant take me group. After a few emails back and forth it seems that if you are using an iphone, once your freeview time has expired you then do not have the option for grp or pvt, it just says 'your free time has been exceeded'
I had to logoff, extend my freeview time, log back in, do the show, log back off, reduce freeview time again and then log back on! Pain in the A and wonder how much business we could all be losing because of this little glitch.
Has anyone heard of this before, or was this guy missing something?
