I think I may request to leave too. We are all aware of the transfer times but having control of my money and knowing exactly where it is would be a piece of mind I could do with.

We won't be paying VAT on admin fees because of Brexit if we provide all of the tax info we should provide anyway. Not sure where that information has come from but Ive only ever heard it said on this forum. It's not mentioned anywhere else, also if that does happen I will request to be put back on to daily pay. No harm done.

I have emailed daily pay a few times with no response since last Thursday and I'm sure they're busy but I do think for a business that is really not acceptable, considering I messaged before all this happened and no update on here for days either. So I think based on that I will probably leave. It makes me feel uneasy. Which is an extra worried I just don't need.

I hope it's all sorted soon Sad

I was just wondering if anyone has been waiting on POR since before 23rd October as Sunday will be 2 weeks since I put the request in and whilst I have budgeted for this time, there were some issues with DP getting the payoneer details mixed up ( I always request bank transfer) on my account which may have also contributed to a delay for me.  However I have no clear idea of what I am to expect due to current circumstances and I am just hoping I am still in a queue to be paid.

Anyone been waiting longer than me> just hope I haven't been forgotten during the mix up and the current stressful situation which I know is difficult for all but hardly anything we can do except wait.

Maybe put in another sweety as it probably dropped way to the back of the que.

I woke up to a lot of emails this morning from DP regarding the ongoing issue, one of them stated that they were unable to answer and open up all the emails due to the amount of "where is my money" etc emails they were receiving.  Might be usefull to email them again in a few days once everything has settled.

We have all been feeling uneasy, hence probably why we were all so snippy, but I have no doubt that now that the issue has been identified that AW and the Payment Processor will try and ensure that DP is not left behind when it is comes down to payment again.

One of the emails I received which explains everything.

"3rd Nov update (23:15pm)".

Staff are here in the office and will be here throughout the night, its our
aim to have 100% of members paid by morning, this includes payout on
request, weeklies and new members awaiting first payment. While we still
await payout from AW another source has provided funding during this time.

A side note in regards to the "I think Im being ignored" syndrome, there is
2 reasons for a slow down in response at this time, 1 is most emails are
regarding the above help article and 2nd is, if we replied to everyones
emails about the situation no one would be paid, time is a limited
commodity, we prefer to use our time on the top priority which is paying
people, by using our time to reply with the link above it takes massive
amounts of man hours to do it. So if you email about the above and get a
reply, you have basically delayed someones (yours?) payout, feel free to
email anytime but if its simply regarding the above then a reply may be
slow to come back, hope that makes sense without sounding abit rude folks.

Thanks

**And the last update last night just after 11pm when I was lucky enough to be asleep in bed.

3rd Nov update (23:15pm): AW have let us know there is a current problem with payout to us, when we emailed they had already believed payment was sent fine within the correct timescale but checks with the processor came back that something had went wrong, its currently being investigated by the processor. During this time though another source has paid out to us so at current, pay is resuming.

We would also like to point out during this time that our working relationship with AW is at an all time high during this crisis and we are working together to the best of our abilities to offer a smooth stable service. The small delays so far are pretty good considering the whole situation.
they have done a fab job of keeping us updated and us gals for communicating at all times , I can confirm as a weekly pay I have been paid as well and no I have no intentions to leave DP  the security they have provided us with it is priceless .I wanted to thank everyone that posted all relevant information .
You do realize that it could be 2 years + before UK leaves the EU? Why are you worrying about VAT?
