PHONE BOOKING SMS NOT COMING THROUGH

Hi all , happy new year !

this problem started in the early hours of yesterday , I received a phone chat booking but the text didn't come through to my phone , so I thought nothing of it as I confirmed it via my PC , then another booking came through today and the same thing , the sms aren't coming through to my phone ! My phone has been verified by AW and I can receive directchat calls and other calls etc I can also do the AW avialbilty sms via the code ONPC , it just seems the booking sms aren't coming through

I have contacted aw and they have said there are no issues with sms .....is it just me ? my phone is unlocked etc and was working fine before , a little worrying

I have just reported the text issue to them before I came on here and read this. Am awaiting their reply. Also not getting the text message that says 'your available now status.....'

hi greeneyes , phew ! I was worried it was just me !!!! I had an email of them today from adultwork webmaster and they asked me to let them know if I'm having issues which alas I am , I missed two phone chat bookings today from a regular , luckily he rang me on directchat

directchat is working fine , as we you honey its the sms bookings and available now which don't come through

I hope it gets sorted soon as I was really beginning to worry and I cant sit infront of my PC all day

i did notice that when my 2 hours on AW were finished this morning, that I didn't receive the ' your status has been made unavailable' message on my phone, like i normally would.

hiya, aw have emailed me back and they are looking into this, more information is on there main website, current status, I just hope it gets back to normal soon

I have been having the same issues on and off for about a week!! the last message I have received was on the 29th of December. I have reported it to AW and also read on their help centre something about New Years Eve Congestion. where in the world is it New Years Eve on the 29th December. I didn't experience this last year or the year before. hope it all gets sorted ASAP

hi , my problems started on the 30th but for the last ten minuets my phone has been beep beep beep with all the late AW bookings so AW must be or the company they use be fixing it xxxxxx I have just been thank full the directchat calls were working

yep they replied to me and said it was new years eve texts clogging up the system! Finally got about 10 texts from AW at about 7pm new years eve. Seems to be working ok today.

yes its back working now xxxxxx , I had 15 texts come through xxxx
