direct cam issues

Hi all - hope I can get some help on this.
I have done cam shows in the past, but only do this on a part time basis, and have recently 'refurbished' my profile, and now have a new PC on which I have downloaded 'justcamit'
My problem is that when I try to login I get the following....

'Server Status : HostID not valid
Server Status : Cannot Connect to Server'

Also when on AW site, when I open the profile details page, and open the webcam tab, then open 'edit direct cam settings', then update it, and when I click on 'save' it also gives the following

'The following problem(s) were detected:
•Sorry, your settings could not be saved
•&message=error:HostID not valid'

Can you please help?

try and contact AW help desk via AW main site , it may mean you need to re-verify yourself with some new ID

can you tick the webcam service box ? If not it is highly likely you will need to re-verify to access webcam services

hopefully if you contact AW they will help you get back up and running
