AW is a great site, but with one huge negative side of AW is that they're very quickly with removing your profile.

It happened to me twice before.
Both without any warning and explaining why they did it.
After I had send them an e-mail. They replayed with a link to their rules. I read them and I still couldn't understand what I had done wrong.
And they send me instructions on how I could activate my account again. I did got it back with my credits.

It took me about a week before I got my profile back.

I hope you get sorted

Slagging aw off wont help, also saying you take loads of crap of men when webcam you sound like you don't really like webcam ? Yes it can be hard on webcam but if your getting lots of men being abusive you can kick them permanently via kick option on directcam

All jobs can be tough but aw is a great site I have been on here since 2006 and wont work elsewhere

If your polite with them and abide their rules you will be fine , aw are not scammers they wouldn't kick you without reason

I really hope you do get sorted

Maria, indeed AW can be a bit strange especially when they send to you the link to their rules yet nothing makes sense as is not applicable to your circumstances. You have done nothing wrong yet they temporarily ban you. I wonder if AW owners ever receive the complaint messages from the girls and do in-house checks on their staff and their methods and approach? Do they accept sometimes there is something wrong with their staff?

Hello

We have been given reason to believe that there maybe some question as to
the authenticity of the pictures that you have uploaded to AdultWork.com,
or that you do not have permission/rights to upload them.

As a result we have temporarily suspended your profile. You will note that
our Terms of Use states that should identity or copyright/ownership of
content be brought in to question that this action will be taken. You
accepted these terms when you registered.

So that you may continue to enjoy the benefits that AdultWork.com
provides, would you be so kind as to upload the following items via:

http://www.adultwork.com/VerificationRequest.asp

1. A formal photo ID such as a driving licence or Passport.

2. A current clothed photograph of you holding up a sign reading
"AdultWork.com User ID: 2813526" with the date clearly displayed as well.

EXACTLY THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME YESTERDAY - RECVD EXACTLY THE SAME REASON.
I have sent driving licence and verification photo - they then sent back that the verification photo did not match my profile. But I have never showed my face anyhere either. I describe myself as accurately as possible etdc. All myphoto's were only taken by myself of myself. I still have un-cropped versions to prove they are me and are mine.

AM AT A LOSS HAT TO DO NEXT I have followed all instructions but am going round in circles. I have done nothing wrong at all

if you don't show your face on webcam then how do the guys actually know its you the model who is on the webcam ?

I appreciate some providers don't show there face as they are in important careers etc and don't wish to be found out or recognized by someone ? and that I can totally understand but how do the men or women know the model isn't the model in the photos if the face is hidden ?

I could be being totally thick here

To be honest girls I more and more start to dislike AW aswell.
It used to be a great site for me.

But then I got banned twice and only from one time I kind of think that I know why I was banned.

Now there're these silly rules like no nude profile pictures.
I can understand that, because of non members - minors - could be seeing them. But minors shouldn't be on the site in the first place.
But, ok, I can live with that.

But I see other girls not only having nude, but even full action pictures on their profile. Why don't they get a ban? If I get banned for the silliest thing. Then why can they just continue?
It's very unfair competition to the rest of us who do follow these AW rules.

I now have fiber internet and tonight I was featured. Yet, I only made a stupid 15.- pound!!!!!!!

They don't share any info with us. Like how much visitors the site gets. How much they spend on the site. I've got no idea if it's me or the site doing really really badly.

I really understand why CasinoGirlX called it exploitation of us woman.
They just ban you. Even if you get your profile and credits back. You still have lost a couple of days of work. I can't imagine that would be allowed by law.
If a pimp would treat us this badly we could go to the police.
But now... it's very difficult to take such a website to court.

And it's not just this site. This is in my experience the kindest for it's models and doesn't take that much from your money.
I hope that soon laws will come to protect us webcam models from these websites.

-Laws that will not allow these sites to take any more then 35% absolute maximum from our money.
-No banning unless there is a serious braking of the law. By braking of webcam site rules a warning message should be send first before anything happens.
-They have to pay you for the work that you did. Even if you've earned not enough for a payout. But they still got to pay if you wish to close your account by a site.
-Credit card issues are not our problem. The site should check it before they give the customer their credits.

Not being harsh but whats the point in sitting here moaning about it? If you only made £15 in a night then that is something wrong with your profile, not adultwork. There are plently of girls who make hundreds in a night. They banned you because you broke their rules or someone reported you and they banned you so they could investigate. Did they email you about it?
