Click the 'Reactivate me' link on the login page and follow all the advice there. You can also go to the help centre, search for 'profile deleted' or 'deactivated', read the info, then when you close the help box it will give you a feedback box where you can write to AW. Ask them why you've been deactivated (unless you already know) and ask when you can expect your money. When you click send it might say not sent as there are already topics that cover your problem but ignore that and press send anyway.

Look through your emails to see if they sent you a warning or notification. Have you got a payment method set up? If so, and if you weren't banned for acting fraudulently, then your money will be sent regardless. AW are not scammers and they won't keep your money if you're entitled to it. They're usually pretty quick to Reactivate accounts too once the problem is rectified.

For fiture reference you may not put your phone number, email address, links, Twitter handle, availability dates, or any words like 'animal', 'child' etc on your profile. Those are the most common ways people are auto banned.

Strong accusations and AW wont be happy if you throw that at them .

You should look at what you did wrong and trying to fix it .

CasinoGirl I sincerely wish you all the best. Something almost similar happened to me the first time I registered with them and I gave up on them. I came back purely because I like the security of asking my clients to register with AW and make booking requests via AW. Also I met some pretty decent guys via their site directly.

Even though AW might not give you the right answers (as it happened to me) you will still be able to draw your final conclusion. Good luck.

heres what they said.

Hello

We have been given reason to believe that there maybe some question as to
the authenticity of the pictures that you have uploaded to AdultWork.com,
or that you do not have permission/rights to upload them.

accepted these terms when you registered.

So that you may continue to enjoy the benefits that AdultWork.com
provides, would you be so kind as to upload the following items via:

http://www.adultwork.com/VerificationRequest.asp

1. A formal photo ID such as a driving licence or Passport.

2. A current clothed photograph of you holding up a sign reading
"AdultWork.com User ID: 2813526" with the date clearly displayed as well.

I sent them this email which i thought was fair and straight to the point given the circumstances:

Hi

CasinoGirl again.

I have no clue what you are talking about in regards to using pictures which are not mine.

regardless i have done what you have asked of me and sent clear copies of me holding verification sign in high resolution, and also a photograph of my passport, so i would hope that should suffice. I find it highly unusual you banned me after spending hours on webcam building up credits.

i have set up a discussion on adultworkforum.com - http://adultworkforum.com/showthread.php?tid=7167

because the amount of crap we receive from men when webcamming it makes it an extremley difficult job, and to ban for nothing once ive spent hours on cam for the money ive earned is exploitation of women.

I have attached my passport, and the clothed verification picture dated 23/02/15 as i had received the email response from you on that date.

Awaiting your reply.

You should be fine. I know their protocol can be a little strict but that's a good thing as it keeps away most of the scammers and cuts down our competition SmileI would take off your verification pic from your post as this is a public forum x

well i finally got a reply, they said it "was brought into question" about my pictures. which is strange, because i never show my face not even in pvt gallery.

looks like they are just looking for a reason to let girls earn money, find a crappy excuse, ban them and keep all the credits.
