AW quiet? All to do with Tinder love say my kittens!

AW is one of, if not the highest paying sites available and I'm sure that's due to the fact they don't advertise, its also possibly the reason they don't spend more on upgrading etc. Having said that I would certainly be happy to take a smaller % if it meant bringing more better quality traffic to the site ?

I agree with every everything Missy has said ive been on AW now since 2008 and bck then oh my wasnt it easy to bag those £££££££££ now its longer hrs jci issues and just less traffic i also have SM and have to admit i do prefer AW ...... but its just not like it used to be which is so sad with all the money this site makes you would think they would advertise id be willing to lose a cut in the percentage for it as it would help us all ... and this time of the year now too we have too fight the girls wat come on to make there xmas pounds ....

Just wish some days i didnt feel like i was banging my head against a brick wall with AW like Missy said since the dos attack its never really been the same hence why they really do need to think about advertising ... x

As a site, I am not using AW so much anymore as I do feel there are more alternatives now and they need to invest some money into the website.

There have always been many alternatives but why do you not use AW as much? Any particular reason? What do youfeel is lacking?

I agree with missdemanor and others , what is SM ? Is it another cam site ? And is it good ?

Do you think the DOSA has affected the site that much ? I know it was down for a few days and I have my own opinion as to why the site may have suffered such an attack ....

Its really frustrating that AW wont advertise afterall I'm sure they have the funds to do this, the 30% all us lasses pay and I'm not whinging here could be used to improve various areas of the site

I feel the struggle now to make my weekly quota back in 2010 I could make the extra cash I needed very very easily, now I find its such hit and miss as to whether I can make the money I need , some lasses seem to still be very busy though and always in demand ,I find the 30% is a killer these days also as you have to reach a certain target especially for uk transfer before you can request your cash

Maybe its the time of year ?

The site as others have said does seem a lot quieter these days, I'm thinking of changing the hours I go online and see if that helps.............................

@ Miss naughty - Looks like we started the same year so we have seen and been through the same changes, some good and some not so good, but AW is deffinately still my fav site to work.

@Country Girl - SM is a big Amercan site, it depends on how you like to work, totally different ball game to AW, we keep just 35% and it's much harder to get paid if you are not in the Sates or not on DP. Like all sites there are pluses and minus's, for me it's just a bit extra, at least untill I can get fibre bb so I can use the poxy encoder on there lol. From what I have read they too are going through a downturn and finding it harder to make the money, so maybe it is a global issue after all?

And yes I really do think the DOS attack hit hard, I'm sure the site was down for a week or more, a long time if like me, camming is your main income and AW is your main site! If nothing else the episode taught me a valuable lesson in eggs and baskets . Either way the site is certainly not as busy/dependable as it was before the attack. I guess a lot of regular fans got 'distracted' and 'lured' to other sites and never came back.
As much as it is frustrating for us workers, the glitches and general fuck ups must piss the fans/clients off too, I know if my favourite shoe store (I'm a woman get over it!), started closing early or not opening on odd days, kept buying inappropriate styles for the store and cocking up my online orders, damn right I would shop else where.

@MISSDEAMNOR , I've been on AW since 2006 and like you seen a lot of changes, I wont bother going elsewhere I will just stick with AW and hope it improves, some days are really busy others are dead, it is harder to make my quota but hey ho we are all in the same boat, I hope it improves come December , December is my favourite month on here, its more magical and I love the outfits and it seems that us lasses do a special job for the guys over this time

I am only with AW but this last while (since the DOS thing) I have been thinking I really should have another profile elsewhere - I was thinking of SM.. but I see katiebaby says this:

Am now wondering why on earth that would be... if they won't have you they might not have me.. have they strict joining criteria or something....

I assume missdemeaour where you say "poxy encoder.". you mean you were thinking of splitcamming the 2 sites? -- that means surely that you need to stay in Group all the time... not Pvts or Exclusives.. as I've read up a bit about it...... & I think that's the way it works.

Thing is.... I find Group on AW hard going sometimes...... because it starts off with one and when someone else comes in/joins its hard to just switch to the other person.. and when you do they sometimes promptly leave... either way I then feel I'm ignoring the 1st person..................... also what I really hate and has happened a few times lately is... in Group... the first person doesn't have Audio so they cant hear, so I have to type.. then the 2nd person comes in and they have Audio and can hear... so you are trying to cater to two audiences... typing to the 1st one is difficult.. because, in my case, I have to sit up close to the keyboard to type (I don't have a stand alone keyboard.. I should invest but haven't!)........... anyhow I digress/have gone off topic...... interesting opinions/everyone's take on things tho.
