Accepting phone chat booking..

Hi all,

Would appreciate any help with the following. I am unable to accept phone chat bookings, as the only thing that appears on the booking is.. reject booking and reject booking & contact. There is no accept chat booking button.

Any help please..

You must be too late to accept. If he had booked it for 17:30 you would need to accept it and him confirm the booking by 17:29 latest. Many guys don't give you much time!

The booking was made an hour before the time he wanted. The booking was for 1.20pm and i was online at 12:45 trying to accept the booking.
