JustCamIt - Video Issues

Hi,

I've downloaded justcamit but i seem to be having issues with webcam on it.

even though my camera is plugged in and i can see myself on there. it has chat only over the cam pic and people say they cant see me.

so when i go into setting and video it all shaded off so i cant click on anything

does anyone know why this is or have had the same problem?

Hi,

You have it set to DirectIM or 'text chat only' hun, log out and go back to edit profile and the DirectCam settings and uncheck the box for DirectIM, the section you need to uncheck is in bold below,

I wish to provide typed text-chat only, (called DirectIM), with no video sent from my PC or shown to clients.


, save the settings which will automatically make it DirectCam then log back onto JustCamIt and you will be good to go on cam.

You won't be able to alter your video settings while you're online.

There is a help tab on justcamit, if you click that you can read the suggestions for video and other settings.
