using landline for direct chat?

I have my landline in the directchat section using the 44 then my number...

Thanks for the advice guys... I'll try changing it to the 0 instead of the 44 to see if that helps. If other calls come through like that, hopefully my poor client will get his long awaited phone call!

I really hate these technical problems. My mobile usually works fine, although I think there was one client in the past who couldn't get through. I might invest in this skype number thing though.. sounds like a good idea, and I could obviously offer pre booked chat with that. I just hate looking unprofessional, especially when I have a potential regular who makes the effort to send a nice email and obviously specifically wants to talk to me :O
