Credits refund

Hello

I tried to book a webcam booking with someone. Their profile states they are available for webcam but for some reason theynare keeping the request pending and not accepting. At first i thought they might of been camming with someone else but its been 2 hours now.

How do i get a refund?

I wish a booking could be made and confirmed before you pay!

If the Lady hasn't accepted for the time you booked her ( i.e. booking for 16.00) the hole booking falls through and you can book somebody else. If you still want to see her, you would have to make a new booking . She hasn't accpeted the booking time , she can't confirm , but can she send you a re-invite.

That's how it works. If she hasn't accepted the booking your credits aren't gone.
