I have had the above warning on my profile for a few years and it has never bothered me, but after putting my profile on hold I was unable to switch it back to offer escort services.
Getting in contact with AW support through their help system I explained the situation and also told them that I believed it happened because I tried to offer web cam or chat but could not get the system to work so gave up. I also forgot to switch the services off.
They got back to me in about 12 hours with the below response and all is resolved.

Regrettably many members (particularly those in large groups) have purported to offerservices that they are not actually offering in an attempt to gain extra free exposure. We have received many complaints from members who waste an extreme amount of time emailing, for example, Escorts simply to find that they are only in fact offering Webcam/DirectCam.
Our Terms of Use (which you agreed to upon registering) clearly state that members must not 'pretend to offer services (such as Escorting) that you don't.'
On this occasion we have lifted this restriction so you may now change the services offered. However, should we continue to receive complaints, your profile may be restricted again.
If you are part of a Group, you should also speak to your Group Manager and explain that other members in your Group may be breaching our Terms of Use and as a result may have disrupted the service on your profile.
We would ask that if you are not offering any service to remember to untick this from your profile.

Well done to AW Support, but I did explain my self clearly as to the problem and the reason for my infringement, which I think helps when contacting them.
