Hi, I want to ask can I have this thing get rid of "Note: You are not permitted change the services offered at this time." ?
I mean can I change my profile so that I can change which services I like to offer by myself and not writting aw service guys all the time?

Means that they have found that you are not offering services on your profile at the moment due to complaints. Email aw and ask why
