I remember you used to find all the brit servicemen including quartermasters, shopping in the American PX. Like Santa's Grotto! lol

yeah he used to say about goin on exercise & the americans would have a mobile macdonalds there lol

Yeah, the Americans had logistics down to a fine art, the brits usually had the wrong kit and provisions so improvised most of the time.
