Hi, not able to find anything wrong on account sorry. The transfer lock which gives error "your group manager has disabled your ability to transfer credits" is there to stop members accidentally making a transfer, if you did, it would take 2-3 weeks to reach you and you would be paying VAT on it etc.
We make the transfers then send the funds to you.

At no point does it show any figures of that nature sorry.
I have re-done the VAT paperwork on the account. Once approved by AW I will make a transfer, once you see the credits coming away from the balance the funds are immediately sent to your bank account. As your day is set to Friday, so far we have made no payouts on this account.
