Hello 
I have just logged into my account on adult work, and it say "your group manager has disabled your ability to transfer credits." please could you advise me what this means?
On Tuesday I had over 1000 credits in my account, then on Thursday it had dropped down to 399. I haven't had anything in my bank account yet. I signed up tp DP on monday, but I had some confusion when I had an email saying someone has logged into my account on Wednesday. Which turned out to be you, and as i didn't know it was you (DP) i deleted the vat details.
Please help. i haven't been paid for weeks, and I'm struggling to feed my kids, and pay my bills. Im so stressed and confused.

Hi... I am not sure about the latter part, but I do know when you join the group they have to disable your ability to move credits as they no longer belong to you (as DP pay you directly, the credits then belong to the group) otherwise the potential would be there for you to be paid by DP and then withdraw the credits too, meaning you would be paid twice.

As for the rest, like Laura says, I would just drop DP an email or perhaps post on the dailypay forum itself dailypayservice.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=4

Hi, not able to find anything wrong on account sorry. The transfer lock which gives error "your group manager has disabled your ability to transfer credits" is there to stop members accidentally making a transfer, if you did, it would take 2-3 weeks to reach you and you would be paying VAT on it etc.

We make the transfers then send the funds to you.

At no point does it show any figures of that nature sorry.

I have re-done the VAT paperwork on the account. Once approved by AW I will make a transfer, once you see the credits coming away from the balance the funds are immediately sent to your bank account. As your day is set to Friday, so far we have made no payouts on this account.
