Escrow credits still not transferred 24hrs after webcam booking

I've just had a similar thing. Someone came in my room via direct cam the early hours of Monday morning and then I noticed at lunchtime my account had less money in it. I checked my credit statement and the amount for that cam session has been removed as a 'manual escrow'. As I didn't understand what this was I contacted AW and got the same reply that Sexxy-Claudia has posted above. I still don't properly understand it and don't get why I should be out of pocket. Should I just write this off as lost money, although I'd rather not do as that days money was all earmarked for a bill and now I'm short? Has anyone else had this from direct cam?
