The NHS seem to be very picky about who they give it to, also the system the prescribe is injections into the forehead, nape and in your shoulders. Ive only ever had it in my forehead, after reccomendation from a private doctor before it was available on the NHS. My doctor keeps telling me its not available on the national health in my area
