When I first got into camming I ended up in an awful group, that took 20% of my earnings and gave me very little in return. I've seen a considerable increase in the earnings since joining porncentral and would highly recommend it.

Always check what deal is being done when you work for somebody else and try and make sure that you are not tied into any contracts that make it awkward to get out of.

I have no affiliation with either of the groups mentioned and prefer to be in control of my own business but as has been said above, your income can be increased by being part of a well run group and worth paying the management fees.
