Hi everyone (and Admin)
I had a phone chat booking last night, and initially the customer called early, and I couldn't answer (was in a booking), so i sent him a quick mail saying - call you back in a min x
Then I did call him, it was a 5 min booking and it went fine, did what he asked. All great.
Now this evening, he's replied to my mail on AW that I sent last night saying:
'You didn't call me back? '
What's that all about? Is he trying to accuse me of not playing ball?
I replied, and said 'what are you talking about? We spoke about x, y and z and I have the call records on my phone!'
I'm really angry and wonder what I can do if he accuses me!
