Hi everyone (and Admin)

I had a phone chat booking last night, and initially the customer called early, and I couldn't answer (was in a booking), so i sent him a quick mail saying - call you back in a min x

Then I did call him, it was a 5 min booking and it went fine, did what he asked. All great.

Now this evening, he's replied to my mail on AW that I sent last night saying:

'You didn't call me back? Sad'

What's that all about? Is he trying to accuse me of not playing ball?

I replied, and said 'what are you talking about? We spoke about x, y and z and I have the call records on my phone!'

I'm really angry and wonder what I can do if he accuses me!

Maybe he had more than one chat booked and is getting mixed up?

Perhaps now that you have jogged his memory, it will all go away.... hope so at least...

Yeah, he replied with 'oops my bad'...

I said to him that I always keep copies of all itemised calls and my feedback is over 400 and 100% positive!
