Hey everyone,
My friend has set up an account with aw, and shes not able to provide any id for verification as she only has a provisional but they don't accept them. is there anyway she can get this sorted as they are stating that if the documentation is not provided within 48 hours the profile will be removed from the site as they believe that this profile may not be totally 'bona fide'.
Be great if anyone could help!

Hi, theres no way around it sorry. Ask her to apply for a passport, then when she gets it send to AW to reactivate profile.

So what will happen after the 48 hours with her not being able to verify herself? As it says it will close her account

If after the 48 hours she still hasnt been able to verify with an accepted form of ID they'll close the account x

Haha I meant to say will she be able to create another profile after they have closed it, when she has got the id? Xx
