Friend needing help with verification - Summerxxxxx - 04-11-2015 Hey everyone, My friend has set up an account with aw, and shes not able to provide any id for verification as she only has a provisional but they don't accept them. is there anyway she can get this sorted as they are stating that if the documentation is not provided within 48 hours the profile will be removed from the site as they believe that this profile may not be totally 'bona fide'. Ask her to apply for a passport, then when she gets it send to AW to reactivate profile.
