Help, our profile is not working

Hi we are really worried because our profile 'Hornycouplerugby' is not working and we have not had any messages for a cpl of days. its weird because when we log into this account and try looking at other profiles it wont let us do anything like look at pics or contact via the email button or even click on any tabs, so I logged into my other profile and that works fine, but if i use our other account and search for and look at my other profile 'hornycouplerugby' it wont let me look at my pics or even contact using the email button or press any tabs either. so i really dont think anyone can contact us.

ive been looking for answers on how to sort it or whats wrong for 2 days and cant find anything.

I have tried using mobile app and that all seems to be working fine, it must just be from laptop and tablet.

I've just searched for your profile and all is well. It's displaying fine and comes at the very top of the search for West Midlands. However, when I clicked on "Private Gallery" the page locks and so doesn't give anyone an opportunity to buy your gallery. This is just a technical glitch. Nothing to worry about!!

I suggest contacting AW from your couples email to webmaster@adultwork.com with the heading IMPORTANT INFO - TECHNICAL ISSUES CURRENTLY ON THE SITE.... and let them know there's a problem. They will get their techy guys on to it asap!! Adultwork is such a big site that it's inevitable that they have technical issues now and again. But they are always very responsive once notified of technical issues. x

Thanks very much English-Caroline, I have emailed them now and hopefully will get it sorted, i was looking for a contact email and could not find one any where. thanks and great profile and pics by the way very sexy, Hornycouplerugby (Mrs)

If you go to edit profile and scroll down to the large text box, on the left hand side there's a part underlined that says 'bbcode tabs', click on that to add and name tabs x

Thanks again english-caroline the problem has now been sorted, this is the reason they gave, i dont understand it but its fixed so im happy.

Apologies for the inconvenience, this was caused by having an apostrophe in your town, (which isn't really accurate).

It has now been corrected.
