Directcam reconnect attempt in 10 seconds

keep getting message saying lost connection with server reconnect attempt in 10 seconds but had it non stop for the last hour. It does reconnect but it keep a doing it. I have fibre broadband anyone's have any advice? .

Email AW - there a a few of us having this issue since JCI switched their hosting platform

I emailed them and said there was lots on here having the same issue and they said they need it reporting to them via email to investigate otherwise they will assume it's just my connection- which I know it isn't

I've not been logged off but a lot of people have been getting cut off when in private after a minute or so. They keep coming back in but just happens again!
